comfortable bed clean bathroom helpful staff convenient parking
the room featured a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. a pleasant space existed on the first floor. i found the staff helpful. parking was convenient.
soundproofing between rooms was not optimal. i heard guests arriving late.

the hotel is in a quiet area, near local attractions and eateries. there are many nice shops and restaurants around. queens university is easily accessible. it's about 30-40 mins walk to the city centre, i would say.

the room included a king size bed , and it was really comfortable. onsite parking was available , a feature i always appreciate.
the tv remote was missing a battery cover , it was a minor annoyance.

convenient parking spacious attic netflix access excellent location
i found the location excellent for visiting the botanical gardens. parking availability was very convenient. the attic room was spacious. i was able to stream netflix using their provided access, a plus.
The sound insulation between rooms was minimal. I could hear other guests arriving late.

convenient stay
great location self check-in coffee station
the location was great for exploring. self check-in was available, convenient since i arrived late. i also appreciated the small coffee station located in the hall.
the dog friendly policy was a bit restrictive. we had to eat breakfast outside because dogs were not allowed in the dining area. fortunately, the weather cooperated .

terrible sound proofing loud noise
i was not happy with the noise level. the sound proofing was terrible and i could hear everything! people were talking loudly in the room above, and drunk people were arriving very late. even early in the morning, i could hear cups and plates banging as breakfast was prepared. i was so frustrated!!!

The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The location allowed easy access to nearby restaurants. Staff members were attentive to requests.
The hotel lacked an elevator. Carrying luggage to the upper floors was difficult. The bathroom was small. Soundproofing between rooms was not adequate.
